Meet Kelle, Global Marketing and Brand Development, Estée Lauder brand; former Lauder Summer intern. “As a large organization with so many diverse brands and facets to our business, there are unlimited opportunities. You have to be proactive and seize those opportunities,” says Kelle.

In keeping with the Company’s values and commitment to citizenship, interns volunteer together for a day of community service during their time at The Estée Lauder Companies.

Lauder Summer Interns participated in a group event held at LinkedIn headquarters, where they learned how to professionally brand themselves and improve their digital presence.

Student Program FAQs

Do you offer internship opportunities?

Yes, we offer a formal internship experience, Lauder Summer Internship Program, in the U.S. for undergraduate and graduate students. Additionally, our global locations offer internship opportunities based on business needs. Enrollment for summer 2018 internship opportunities begins in September 2017. 

Do you have any undergraduate or graduate development or rotational programs?

Yes. We have development opportunities for MBA graduates in Finance and Strategy in North America. Our Presidential Associate (undergraduate) and Presidential Management Associate Programs (graduate) are available in North America and globally.

What are the dates for the Lauder Summer Internship Program?

The Lauder Summer Internship Program runs for 10 weeks – from June 4 through August 10, 2018. 

Do you offer internships throughout the entire school year?

Currently, we only offer summer internship opportunities. The recruitment process begins in September.  

How can students apply?

Positions will be posted on our careers site beginning in September. For intern positions, apply here. For full-time development or rotational programs, apply here.

What if I do not see the opportunities I am looking for?

 

Opportunities are posted as they become available. Check back again periodically.

Student eligibility?

For intern opportunities, student must be a junior (graduating Spring 2019).

For full-time undergraduate opportunities, student must be a senior (graduating Spring 2018).

For full-time graduate opportunities, applicant must be a second-year student (graduating Spring 2018).

For full-time program applicants, we do not provide visa sponsorship; International students will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Are the interns provided housing during their internship?

There is no housing provided for our NYC interns. For all other office locations housing may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

Are interns eligible for relocation?

No relocation packages are currently available.
