Finance and Accounting provide expert project management support in addition to a more traditional responsibility for establishing financial goals and managing financial plans and budgets.
Strategy and Planning
Our Corporate Strategy and New Business Development Group is at the strategic hub of the entire company, providing centralized visibility and coordination across all strategic ideas. New Business development also identifies and executes acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Our brand Strategy teams, together with Finance, help lead our brands' business planning and strategic development process.
Human Resources (HR)
Our Global Human Resources team develops best-in-class practices, capabilities and strategic business partnerships that continue to establish us as one of the best employers and best performing companies. Team members provide functional input to support the execution of corporate and brand strategies and plans. Our Global Talent Management approach includes identifying the skills needed for our success — recruiting, developing and retaining talented individuals across the organization.
Legal
Our legal department encompasses subject matter expertise across a wide spectrum of areas. Legal works closely with all areas of the company — with lawyers dedicated to particular brands, geographies and functions — to anticipate their needs and achieve strategic business objectives.
Global Information Services (GIS)
Global Information Services provides IT solutions to our brands, regional offices and other global functions.
